Is there a charge for the consultation?
There is no charge for the initial consultation. Personalised furniture selection and layout proposals are paid services.
Who will reply and create the proposal?
The coordistudio team will discuss your wishes, and your assigned creator will prepare the proposal. We confirm the scope, fee and schedule before you commission anything.
What does the fee include?
Standard: JPY 33,000 incl. tax. 1 room, up to 3 furniture items. Product list （names, selection reasons, dimensions, prices and purchase links）. 1 revisions. Plus: JPY 66,000 incl. tax. 1 room, up to 6 furniture items. Product list + floor plan. 2 revisions. Premium: JPY 110,000 incl. tax. 1 room, up to 10 furniture and accessory items in total. Product list + floor plan + mood board. 3 revisions. Furniture, shipping and assembly are not included in the proposal fee.
When will I hear back and receive my proposal?
After the briefing, we agree on the scope, fee and delivery date, then you pay in advance. Proposals are delivered within 5 business days for Standard, 7 business days for Plus, 10 business days for Premium from the day we receive all photos of your room.
Where do I buy furniture, and when does it arrive?
Product names and purchase links are included in all three plans: Standard, Plus and Premium. You order and pay directly with each retailer using the shopping list. You can also choose optional procurement support. The proposal fee does not include purchasing or shipping furniture. Check current prices, stock, delivery dates, access dimensions and return conditions with each retailer before ordering. Furniture arrival dates are separate from the proposal delivery date.
Can you visit my home?
On-site visits are available only for Residence and business projects. Standard, Plus and Premium are completed online.
How much are additional revisions?
Standard includes one revision; Plus includes two; Premium includes three.
Any revisions beyond the included scope require agreement on scope, price and timing before work begins.
If you change plans, we first check how completed work can be reused and confirm any fee or timing changes.
We confirm the scope, price and delivery date with you before starting any extra work. There is no automatic charge.
Can I cancel? How do refunds work?
You can withdraw a free preliminary enquiry without a consultation cancellation fee.
Standard / Plus / Premium: cancellation and refund conditions are provided in writing or on LINE and agreed before you apply. If the operator or creator cancels, a full refund is made.
