What we review.

Interior qualifications or professional experience are not required. Start with photos of your own room and the reasons behind your choices.

Registration, applications, Invite and corporate projects are restricted to people aged 18 or older. Please declare your date of birth and confirm that you are at least 18. Creators who wish to offer Invite must submit photo ID for operator verification before Invite is activated. Publication and new commissions require operator approval. Registration and monthly membership are free.

1. Your own work

   Photos of your room or work, your contribution, and permission to publish the photos and text.

2. Reasons for your choices

   Explain materials, dimensions, price and use, beyond the look alone.

3. The scope you can offer

   Your preferred styles, availability and the scale of work you can take on.

4. Communication and delivery

   Thoughtful replies, sharing uncertainties, and discussing deadlines early.

Only successful applicants will be contacted via LINE.

Application status appears in your creator studio. While awaiting approval, you can edit your profile and application. Approval is not a certification of professional qualifications.

Agree the work before you start.

Agree the deliverables, deadline, revisions and fee before accepting. You may decline if the conditions do not fit. Free enquiries do not require a personalised furniture selection or layout.

Additional work requires agreement on cost and timing first. A proposal does not include furniture sales, delivery, installation or construction. Specialist work needs an appropriate team.

If a deadline or scope becomes difficult, share the records with the operator early. Refunds and responsibility are considered against the facts and agreed terms; do not promise compensation on the spot.

Your payment terms, in writing.

Creator payments are made within 60 days counting the date of receipt as day one, and no later than the end of the following month. For Invite, the session date is the receipt date.

The earlier of day 60 and the following month-end is the final deadline. The exact payment date is stated in the commission details before work begins.

For Standard / Plus / Premium, the base reward is 60% of the fee excluding tax. Payment examples include tax.

ONE PICK and ROOM EDIT have separate customer prices and creator rewards. Confirm the approved amount, tax treatment, scope, revisions and cancellation terms before enabling each service.

Confirm the calculation basis, final payment amount, tax and deduction treatment, method and due date before accepting each commission. The due date is stated when the work is commissioned; customer ratings do not justify an indefinite hold.

Business and whole-home work is quoted individually. Free views, likes and furniture purchases currently generate no creator payment. Affiliate arrangements remain under consideration.
